Gantry Crane are also known as Portal crane or Goliath crane. Include single girder gantry crane, double girder gantry crane, engineer gantry crane, semi gantry crane, and operate on floor mounted rails.
Dafang provide single girder gantry crane solutions from 1 Ton SWL up to 20 Ton SWL (we also manufacture gantry crane designed according to client special requirement).
According to different situations, single girder gantry crane have three type: L single girder gantry crane, MH single girder gantry crane, truss type single girder gantry crane.
Single girder gantry crane custom-engineered lifting solutions can be designed with two side cantilever, one side cantilever or no cantilever.

Single girder gantry crane is mainly used in steel stock yard, mine, the concrete industry, warehouse, factory, harbor and ship building, etc.

Which type crane is the most suitable one for us?
- If the crane is used in open area and wind is very strong, you'd better choose truss type gantry crane.
- If the goods size is very big, and crane have cantilever, you'd better choose L type gantry crane.

Under which condition we should to choose gantry crane?
- If crane is used in door, and the workshop haven't column, or you just rent one workshop, we suggest you choose gantry crane, it can be save the column cost and it is more convenience erect and disassembly.
- When the crane used outdoor, usually, gantry crane is more suitable.

If want to use gantry crane, but client finish the establishment, could client avoid break the ground to install gantry crane?
Yep, at once the ground's concrete width is more than 20cm, then there is no need to dig the ground. Just need pave belt steel plate, and fix it on the concrete floor with bolts. Then weld the rails is okay.
