Product Introduction
Gantry Crane are also known as Portal crane or Goliath crane. Include single girder gantry crane, double girder gantry crane, container gantry crane, engineer gantry crane, semi gantry crane, and operate on floor mounted rails.
Container gantry crane is a type of large wharf gantry crane which at container terminals for loading and unloading intermodal containers. It is available with span of 5~8 containers wide (plus a truck width) and with lifting height from 1 over 3 to 1 over 6 containers high.
Container gantry crane composed of a gantry structure that can traverse the length of a wharf or yard on a rail. Instead of general hook, container gantry crane equipped with a specialized handling tool usually we called it spreader, which will be lowered on top of the container and used for locks onto the container's four corner casting. Gantry crane normally lift one set container at once.

When work temperature under 20℃, what is the crane different? When work temperature is too high, what is the difference.
Under 20℃, the crane's steel plate will reply by Q345. When temperature is too high, will use H grade motor, and increase the cable's insulation grade, also will increase the crane's ventilation.

When the main girder is too long, how to delivery by container?
The main girder will be divided into different pieces, each part's length is within 11.8m. When client receive the goods, just connect them with high strength bolt is okay.
